The build...lots of time, attention to detail and patience.
Planning
Planning starts in the office where a custom layout is created.
The focus is on the critical components needed in the build and overall functionality for the client in mind. Expense sheets, research, purchasing, and detailed CAD drawings will soon follow. This van build got a full mock-up in cardboard before anything was put together!
Framing
Not all shells are equal. Each needs custom framing to eliminate the squeaks, rattles and noises when cruising down the road. Kilmat sound proofing is added throughout. Havelock wool and 3M Thinsulate is added for insulation, tongue and grove plywood flooring, and custom cut framing for windows, ceilings and walls.
Electrical
Dometic's 12 volt air conditioner plus a MaxxAir Maxx Fan will keep you cool on hot summer days, both are installed with custom made spacers ensuring a perfect fit. Our van also has a 12 volt Webasto heater installed for the cooler nights. Equipped with 400 watts of solar, invertor, and four Battle Born batteries makes this camper van off-grid capable, giving you the freedom to "camp" anywhere.

Plumbing
You'll be able to keep up with showers and cooking with the 32 gallon fresh water tank and 20 gallon grey water tank. Yes, you have hot water too with a thermostatic shower head to help you save as much as possible.
Our tanks are secured in place to avoid any movement as you go down the road. The toilet is a unique system made by Separette that has a #1 container that's easy to remove and a separate #2 container that collects it in a bag, also very easy to remove and dispose of. The toilet is vented to avoid any unpleasant odors.
The van was built with easy access panels for easy maintenance and repairs.
Build
Our upper and lower cabinets are custom-built from Baltic Birch and will hold up well over time. Rounded corners give you maximum space inside, and all cabinets are equipped with soft close drawer slides and hinges. Each piece is custom-cut to fit perfectly with the curves of the van. The walls are covered with a soft, easy-to-clean fabric. The shower pan was also custom-cut from PVC with a teak insert.
